The New Build Process
The prospect of a new build can seem daunting from the outset, but our team here at Empire are hugely experienced and will guide you through the process. From initial contact right through to the handover of your beautiful new Empire and beyond, we want to make the process more understandable.
Whether you’re just starting out your search for a New Build or perhaps you’re further down the line and know exactly what you want, every new build starts with you getting in touch with us. From this, we’ll be able to advise you which model would be most suitable and discuss your wants and needs and what may work for you, at this point we can also discuss potential chassis choices for which your Empire is to be built on.
We always reccomend new customers have a visit to our workshop in Kidderminster. Here, you’ll be able to see our team at work and have a look around some of the horseboxes that are currently being built, which may give you new ideas and inspiration as to what you want from your own bespoke build! After a sit down with James to finalise your ideas, at which point you’ll also be able to see the colour options for the interior and exterior, we’ll then be able to provide you with a bespoke quote.
Once you’ve been through our quote and any changes you’d like have been discussed, meaning you are happy with the specification of your new Empire, the time comes to place your deposit. This deposit locks in your build slot, meaning you are well on the way to your new Empire!
Your Chassis has now come into the workshop and the build process has begun! Our team will be methodically and carefully bringing together your bespoke build. We will keep you regularly updated with its progress as it makes its way through the build process with photos and videos.
The time has finally come, your Empire is ready to head to your home! Whether you choose to come to the workshop to collect your new horsebox, or perhaps you choose to have your Empire delivered to you, James or Kevin will undertake a detailed handover, showing you how your Empire works and answering any questions you may have. Of course, our handover does not mean our support will stop there. We are always happy to answer any additional questions you may have about your new build in the future, no matter how big or small. We pride ourselves on our exemplary customer service and will always provide the support you need to ensure you get the most out of your Empire.
